      Less stringent rules than other local companies. Relative high pay for a junior engineer.

      Cons

      Highly disorganized workflow caused by poor management. Stress is high in a bad way, you have to both challenge tough tasks and manage a bad-tempered boss, including withstanding his verbally & emotionally abusing words.

      I've learned many AOI knowledge there.

      Cons

      I got very low paied about NTD 36k/ month at the beginging.

      Pros

      Staff can learn various knowledge in AOI filed here like mechatronics, basic optics and communication skills. Not just limited to programing only.

      Cons

      The company don't value quality that much.
