      Pros

      The pay was great for the job, and it is really rewarding working with people with disabilities. The company works hard to train you, and will help you get your CDL. I really enjoyed working for UTA.

      Cons

      If you go full time the days are really long. They have split shifts and the union shift bid structure makes it so that you get the shifts that others don't want when you are new. Part-Time though, the shifts are really good, and the company treats you well.

      Pros

      Good benefits and lots of advancement opportunities. The people are great to work with as well. I enjoy the goals and objectives of the company to provide public transit.

      Cons

      The same as most jobs, but nothing worth mentioning specifically.

      Pros

      Management is mostly fair. Standard bus driving job. Good training with free CDL class B. Paid during training.

      Cons

      Salt Lake COL is expensive. Pay does not match cost of living.
