Pros

The largest saving grace is good people Understanding when job related mistakes are made

Cons

Minimal pay Poor management No one in the upper part of the chain of command understood the job of a set up technician. Rigid time structure with very minimal tolerance. Very Old School management. They seem to think they are doing all employees a favor by employing them. 1 week vacation/year and 2 sick days. Employees who have been there for years not paid enough.

Pros

-If you have a pulse, you're qualified and they will hire you -They pretend having a college degree is mandatory but many of the product managers and engineers don't have one. People were hired with no experience at all. -4 out of 60 employees who work there are respectful to others and good human beings -Opportunities to advance due to the high turnover rate in the sales department -Good benefits (that they don't like you to use)

Cons

-Odd culture of negativity and condescension that streams down from the top and is completely toxic to the company and the working environment. -No job security. -Agreements and promises are never fulfilled. -No professionalism. -Insufficient training and no structured training to put it mildly. -All training material and most products are outdated, no innovation. -You are expendable, no one is valued. -If you have a suggestion, keep it to yourself, they don't want to hear it. -Complete absents of communication
