      Absolutely nothing they do for you is worthile.

      All they do is agree with management. They allow Health and Safety laws to be broken.

      Good terms and conditions. Pension also good.

      Cons

      Your face has to fit, or you need to befriend folk who can help you gain promotion. Very cleeky environment.
