We pride ourselves in the fact that our team gets along so well and are happy that you agree. That being said, I’d love to address your concerns.
We encourage employees to leave reviews in an effort to provide a current and accurate picture of the organization. Though some of these reviews have been within a similar time-frame we are happy that our team is engaged and willing to contribute to the statistics on Glassdoor, and we will continue to encourage individuals to contribute their honest feedback and share their experiences.
As our team is almost entirely remote, we don’t have the option to swing by someone’s desk to see if they’re in the office. By using a time-tracking platform it allows us a means to track attendance and productivity. This is simply a tool that allows transparency and accountability, we have an amazing team that does wonderful work! That being said, we do need tools in place in case there are any concerns that need to be documented/addressed.
I sincerely hope that if you aren’t comfortable discussing with your manager, that you reach out to me to discuss your experiences and concerns. My virtual door is always open!! -Kelley
