      access to public figures and free tickets to major events depending on availability. free food from meetings/parties.

      Cons

      founder of the organization is not a very nice person up close. that was very disappointing.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
