Lovely workplace with great coworkers

Left due to covid and extraneous circumstances

In my lifetime I have had several jobs. Places where I’ve “Punched In” in the morning and “Punch Out” 8 hours later. Before you know it days, weeks and months go by and you really don’t have much to show for it. Urban FT broke this cycle for me in so many ways. On a professional front, it challenged me. Working here is not easy. Every day throws something new at you and forces you to think outside the box while being very flexible in thinking of solutions. There is no room to be complacent and that keeps you on your toes and at the summit of your ability. When it comes to culture this company has engaged me like no other. There are always initiatives tailored toward growing as a person and creating a tighter bond with employees and their interests as well. It gives you a sense of being a part of something bigger than just yourself. Management cares about staff on a personal and professional level. If you’re having an issue or have any questions it is very easy to talk openly with them about it and ultimately come to a solution. The work you do is appreciated and you can certainly feel that. Working here has been an eye opening journey as to what a company can be. Pros Great learning environment. Opportunity to flourish if you work for it. Great folks to collaborate with. More than willing to help. Unlimited PTO. Easy to relay issues to management. Snacks!

Cons High pressure environment. Very tight deadlines at times. Longer hours are sometimes needed to complete projects.
