I don't know where to start. I was brought in to work on special projects (which management dragged months on). There is so much dysfunction here i don't know where to start. Management constantly changes priorities and have no clear vision for the future. Management tries and make it a 24/7 operation with less than a handful of employees. There is more work done for managements relative than actual customer work, i don't know how you expect to grow your business. The odd thing was that management never told the rest of the employees that I was full time so it was very awkward around the office. Management always complained of past and current employees and they were the reason nothing worked instead of fixing the problems. I was suppose to help management "right the ship" but walked away once I saw the chaotic dysfunction.
