      Nice office in Moscow-city.

      Cons

      Awful work-life balance. Working and staying in the office later than your boss is clearly considered a good thing. Personal KPI is unclear. Overall yearly bonus is based on yearly company margin, which is mostly dependant on RUR to USD currency exchange rate.

      The employer gives you a chance to propose new ideas and manage very complex projects at one time

      Cons

      Not transparent organizational structure with undefined management cycle (beside budget planning). But it improves over time.
