      Pros

      Salary Good. Financially sound. Good Increment and bonus. Fixed working hours. No need to work long working hours. No telephone calls on holidays or after office hours.

      Cons

      No freedom to take decisions. Straight jacket working hours. Must comply with the working hours whether there is work or not. dictator type style management.
