      The leadership are focused on revenue growth but are unable to communicate how to achieve it beyond sell more and retain more.

      -Flexibility -Emotionally Competent Managers -Selling a niche product -Fully Work From Home, Generous PTO -Smaller team, plenty of time for 1v1 training

      Cons

      -Longer term SDR position, great money to be made if you can perfect the craft. -Don't get to see the entire team in person, maybe once a year.

      Very few pros - poor product, poor marketing, poor execution, poor leadership.

      Cons

      Miserable place to work with unrealistic goals archaic ideas around what SaaS sales is. They do not care about you.
