The work can be quite exciting because market activity varies throughout the day, and that keeps you on your toes. You get exposure to different aspects of trading instead of doing the same task over and over. The training in the beginning is helpful, especially the parts on spreads, pricing, and overall workflow. The team is nice and helpful, and managers are easy to reach when you have questions or concerns. The pay and benefits are solid.

Customer volume tends to be uneven.

I enjoy working here because the company continues to grow, and no two days are the same. Work can be hard at times, but I get to work with a great team that supports one another and gets the job done.

The company is growing quickly, so there are many new people right now, which naturally takes a bit more effort to train and get everything running smoothly, but the company does a lot of training and onboarding support, so it is only a matter of time until all of the new hires get up to speed.
