work life balance can be great if you dont care really much about the product, because high/middle management cant understand the actual state of things going on

poor management, no engineering culture, massive layoffs in last few years, "outstaff" business model which relies on a single client for 10+ years, no professional or career growth at all - many people works for 3+ years without a single raise at all / performance reviews make no sense at all, relatively low salaries

The company has a very pleasant family atmosphere. The comfort of the staff is taken care of here. Any equipment is provided for work.

Sometimes the level of management and communication with clients suffers in projects.
