Team work is good and helpful

-Very bad environment -Low salary -No contract -Ceo is unrecognized and unprofessional And his behavior is very bad with employees he always let people leave their job without no reason but for downsize his company & salaries -We stay for More than 5 months without salary

The company started in 2017 and have been growing eversince. In covid lockdown they were losing money but didnot lay off anyone as the job market was bad. The management works on career growth for everyone and the overall environment is very encouraging to grow and work hard.

I wish they reach out to previous employees and show them how the environment improved
