Pros
The people are awesome. Everyone is welcoming and ready to step in to any situation to help. And if someone isn't proactive in helping you can find someone to help you. The team is super passionate about we do and takes pride in the product and overall success of the company. The company works hard to ensure new hires are going to be a good fit all around. The product is scaling fast and is exciting to be around. We love the stories from our customers about how we are changing the way they do business. But we also love hearing the things we still need to get better at and then watching the team turn around an answer to those concerns is the ultimate way to make your work fulfilling.
Cons
The company offers 401k but does not match YET. Which is probably expected for companies at this stage but just something to note. Meeting culture needs to improve. There are way too many meetings which should be an easy fix whether it be have fewer meetings or make them shorter.
