Pros

Casual dress code, can occasionally enjoy a beer in the office. Located right in the heart of downtown- but no parking or monthly stipend.

Cons

I am not sure where to begin... I worked full-time on the sales team for about 8 months. Their product definitely has potential, but isn't quite there. It lacks major functions needed by the sports industry and so that can make it difficult to sell. I started with two girls at the same time. There were also two other senior reps.. that team has dwindled down to literally one person. The review below about not earning their last commission check is a 100 percent true. They tried to not pay me on my last commission check as well (and this wasn't the first hiccup regarding pay). Some of leadership is really great. Some I am not sure how or why they are in their position. This is a very big bro culture so if you're into that you will love this place. I noticed the disorganization at Upper Hand pretty quickly upon starting. They say thats "start-up life" well stop using that as an excuse because there are dozens of tech start-ups in Indianapolis that are more organized structurally and have been around for a fraction of the time as Upper Hand.
