Pros
The boss spends lots of time teaching the intern team. He cares and wanted us to have stuff to do and help the company and not just sit on our computers doing nothing. You learn a LOT about internet marketing and a lot of invaluable skills that you can use at other jobs (like excel, google analytics, etc.) The team feels like a family and once a week we take a break from work and chill together at happy hour. Apart from that, it's still a really relaxed atmosphere. The twitter building is cool as is Runway Incubator, and interns can make full use of the beanbags and VR system and 3D printer. There is a food drawer full of snacks! The boss always buys us lunch and is just a great guy over all.
Cons
A lot of the parts of the company are really technical and require accounting skills or web development skills. That somewhat limits the amount of things you can do in your role as an intern. However, the boss always gives you something to do and spends time teaching you about things, so even if you aren't doing them, you can learn about them.
