      Great for inexperienced College students starting out in the IT field

      Cons

      Really low pay, even once you excelled past the current lead technicians, you do more IT work if not the same amount, your pay is still half compared to theirs.

      Small startup company. Loved my upper management and the hands on practice we received

      Pay and uniform colors where a little bad. Didn't like how the venue was set up.
