Business outlook
Pros
Perks (laptop, food pantry and gym reimbursement) are okay. Funding is okay. HR is pleasant to deal with. Culture below the management level is great.
Cons
Management team is disorganized and disingenuous. High turnover (<1 year tenures) across all teams. Poor communication throughout the company. Some great employees were let go for dumb reasons. Targets aren't being met. Questionable product. Not a good place to work for longevity, but that's by design because it helps management retain equity.
