As well as an excellent office environment with scenic views of London. Nurturing leaders (leader transparency) and a collaborative team experience. Great benefits - Health insurance, Pension etc.

The sole drawback is linked to the smaller team size, leading to occasional heavier workloads. However, thanks to a collaborative team spirit, everyone pitches in to manage the workload effectively

-- The intensity will not be for everyone. Some weeks more than 40 hours are certainly required to keep above board. At the same time, directors trust you especially post-Covid to work the hours you need to stay healthy and manage your own time. You feel safe to take breaks when you need it, and draw a line on clocking off at certain times on certain days. You're never asked or expected to exhaust yourself even if sometimes you feel the need to. -- Some directors are better than others at finding the time to mentor. Some need more 'managing up' and associates need the 'courage to challenge' - a core company value.
