Pros
- Good work/life balance - The People (team members, boss, senior leadership) are friendly, helpful, nice and down to earth. I was extremely impressed by senior leadership knowing my name and taking the time to get to know me. - Great benefits and PTO - Very involved in the community and provide opportunities to volunteer (and no you do not have to take PTO!) - opportunities to work with various occupations including: legal, vocational, clinical, doctoral, underwriting, etc. - Can be rewarding when you are able to help people.
Cons
- The job can be tough and demanding. You need to have thick skin to deal with sick people who are sometimes irritable and moody and tend to take it out on you. You have to work well under stress and deadlines.
