If you work outside Italy, it's very difficult to keep up with the product updates, you don't have the same benefits, and you don't actually live the company culture. The wage is a little bellow for the job. The HR is a little absent and the administrative office is a little mess... You can actually feel who are the favourites and usually are the ones licking boots and even if you put your guts in your job you are just left in the corner. People is always leaving.
