This company is a mess. Sales team retention is terrible, with over half leaving in a year. Leadership shows no interest in improving the work environment to retain employees.
The company’s organization and structure are lacking. Leadership is very buddy buddy with each other, as they all originated from the same company. This is why tough decisions never get made. They tolerate bad behavior from entry-level sales to the C-suite, which pushes top performers away.
