What I appreciate most is that leadership tells us what's going on. Clear updates on company goals, project pipeline, and financial health. No reliance on rumors or speculation. Regular all-hands meetings with direct answers to questions. Honest expectations from my manager without shifting targets. A transparent culture. Consistent clarity that builds trust.

This was one of the most exhausting places I have worked. Team morale is incredibly low, employees with feedback are brushed off and support is nonexistent. There were too many systems to keep up with, and they only made simple task longer. Most of the time, you were expected to figure everything out on your own and just keep moving. Nobody gave clear direction, but people were quick to place blame when something went wrong. Upper management showed very little understanding when employees had personal issues to deal with. The whole environment was stressful, unhealthy, and unethical. could go on, but it would just make me look crazy.
