Pros
The only pro is that the team members were all friendly and hardworking, and all in the same boat treatment wise, so we connected and worked well together
Cons
Too many to count. No organization, No training, you get all the liabilities of a contractor and the boss gets all the benefits of treating you like an employee. You will be on call and have to work whenever, however, and you will not have the freedom to work at your own pace. On top of that you will not get the respect as a human being or the value you bring to the company. They use and abuse all workers, some longer or more than others based on their direct contact with the boss. Management is also just a filler and really doesn't do much other than ask others how to manage their work and take the credit. Very high turnover at the company, very few people last longer than 6 months, and even her longest standing employee was fired without any reason. Waste of time and definitely waste of energy.
