Pros
I really enjoyed most of the other developers I got to work with. The work was very challenging, but I learned a lot and felt my ideas were heard and respected.
Cons
Pretty much everything else. The projects I worked on were a disorganized mess and the management was shockingly poor. Their expectations were completely unreasonable, their benefits were a joke, and I've come to realize that they pay substantially less than most other places. Speaking of benefits, I somehow got auto-enrolled in a 401k while I was working there, which I certainly would have rejected had I known about it since they do absolutely no matching. Now I'm stuck paying a huge fee in order to be able to access my money. I tried for several months to see if there was some way I could be given an exception and the response was essentially radio silence. Good grief...
