As a new hire during the pandemic, I've seen the entire UPrep team give me the confidence and resources to help children continue to grow during this difficult time. Looking forward to seeing what comes next!

While not a bad thing necessarily, expectations are high!

Challenging work. Lots of employee perks (treats and food, mostly). Great goals and mission. They serve their customers well and work to provide a quality education to grades 6-12.

Isolating environment if you are not part of the academic club. Not great for people who come from outside the educational environment. There is an elite snobbery that is part of the culture.
