The CEO is extremely manipulative and often creates a toxic work environment. It feels like a one-man show where the CEO's whims dictate the company’s direction, leaving no room for collaboration or team input. The work culture discourages innovation and personal growth, as the CEO tends to micromanage and undermine employees' efforts. Additionally, the environment fosters disharmony among team members, seemingly to benefit the CEO's desire to maintain control through micromanagement.
Overall, this is not a company I would recommend to anyone seeking a supportive and collaborative workplace. The leadership style is detrimental to both employee morale and productivity.
