Pros
Will meet some nice people there. Occasionally can have fun moments with the company gatherings. Salary is ok only if you negotiated your pay well.
Cons
If they are very understaffed they will have everyone take on multiple roles/positions and don't get compensated for it. Long hours and not much support.
