      Pros

      I have worked with Universal Telecom India Pvt. Ltd for 6 years and it has been a great experience. The quality of work and the open door culture in Universal makes it a great place to work. The senior management is very proactive on hearing our concerns and finding some solution for it. Overall it was a great experience in terms of knowledge gain and working with our fellow colleagues.

      Nothing much, really Learnt a lot since it was my first company after my education

      This is a core Telecom contractor company Good for learning As Engineer He have good experience in this company Company to MD is too good and corporative

      Bihar management is worst. At Patna office have no good management
