      The people you work with are chill , you get a full benefits package if you earn permanent full time or part time status and not to mention the company employee events from time to time.

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Pros

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
