Pros

-Parks entrance -35% to 70% in discount for merchandise depending on the store and the season -Paids more than other places for the same job

Cons

-The managers can be a*holes in different stores, they will try to get you fired or bully you to leave the company during your first year -The Customers. but that is something you should already expect -The hours can be 40 for some periods of time to none. Just because you are a part time they aren't obligated to give you hours. So you will need to work in other stores and ask for shifts to your coworkers if you don't want your paychecks to be 0 -Is better to reapplied to get the full time position or move up in the latter. Trust me, I worked there for 5 years and they never give me the Full-time position, even when I worked in 3 different positions during those years Cashier, Merchandise, and Attractions Attendant

Pros

They are very helpful when it comes to your growth in the company. Benefits are good and pay is decent! Also why weekly pay and you can come in for hours if needed

Cons

Shifts can be short at least at my venue. The longest shift you’ll have is 8hrs, minus your lunch about 7.25 hrs. Sometimes you get shifts of 5hrs. Part timers don’t really get much benefits besides health and park tickets. No pto , no bereavement etc.
