      Flexible schedule, never the same, and getting to meet new people

      Cons

      My husband and I met here, we were leads at the time. I was unjustly demoted and as a result he was demoted because of our relationship. This was done to help the issue of favoritism which it didn’t because it was never addressed with the right people actually doing so.

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.
