      Free park access if that’s what you or your family like to do regularly.

      Cons

      Very large and slow moving organization that has an odd promotion/performance review process. This is a place where people come to work 9-5, take hour lunches, and place the corporate process of staying 10+ years hoping for a promotion opportunity and not work hard.

      Great Benefits and Health insurance. Great discounts on merchandise and Park tickets.

      Pay is not the best at the start but gets better the longer you stay

      flexible hours and you get health insurance. you can also come in for extra hours and ER someone if needed

      no holiday pay and at times you are fighting for hours
