Pros

I would lie if I were to say there are no pros. They pay money, so technically you are not a slave and you get to work on Hollywood films once in 2 years. Just check their imbd and see what kind of "projects" you will work on apart from that lucky Hollywood moment in your life.

Cons

Let's be short. This company is the worst example of everything what's wrong with this industry. All the nightmares people describe are here, unreasonably long hours, the worst management, toxic people, small pay, xenophobia, you name it. Don't be discouraged though. UPP is a unique parade of defecation to our industry so just avoid it and you will be healthy mentally and physically.

Pros

If you lie enough on right places, you can easily become a supervisor of whatever without any skills or experiences. Great office location Interesting projects

Cons

Zero possibility of individual negotiations or needs no matter you are technically “freelancer”. You are treated as “employee” without rights of emplyee. You never know when you get fired no matter when your contract officially ends. Zero management of anything. Finance, project planning,… nothing. Zero work life balance. You are forced to work in crazy crunch time every single day, weekends included with crazy overtime nobody pays for. And when there is not enough work, half of the company usually gets suddenly fired in one day without any warnings or compensations or you are forced to stay home for free for a months while the other half of the company works for 14 hours/day 🤡 This company is based on juniors. You have no chance to learn anything from seniors because there is really small amount of them in here. Women are here not treated same way as men in point of view of salary equality.

Pros

Cool projects cool people, learn a lot from coworkers

Cons

The management doesn't care about people, They over hired and suddenly fired everyone, poor planning, constant overtime, management is rude and disrespectfull. Change in contract conditions in the middle of the work. The owner buy 2 new cars at times when half of the team is being fired. Payment is below avarage.
