Pros
Good hours and the bosses are usually available for any questions/concerns. Pools I have worked are good- not a lot of difficult people and they usually schedule you at pools nearest to you.
Cons
Low pay compared to other pools, can be hard to get a day off if it is not 2 weeks in advanced.
