      Pros

      Great management, owner is very involved and willing to help you do what it takes to close sales, all bussiness expenses are covered, and we can sell virtually anything packaging related.

      Cons

      The only downside is that there is not enough product training- you have to learn mostly everything on your own through trial and error.

      I can call any time with a problem and they listen and help. They don't micromanage obsessively. Kind and responsive coworkers
