Worked full time here for well over 6 months now. The people are great and easy going and the benefits are decent once you've been around for long enough. Upper management isn't always around but when they are, they seem pretty approachable.

Internal communication is a bit of a mess at times, but overall, my experience is pretty decent

I've worked here for over a year now and this company is one of the most organized companies I've worked for. Internal communication is really good compared to my previous employers and the overall benefits are very generous as well. Breaks are often and there's not a lot of pressure going to work.

While the benefits are good and pressure is low, it'd be nice if employees were given clear goals as to how they can progress further and be promoted.
