      Pros

      Direct management were great people, but were handcuffed by upper management.

      Cons

      Upper management was horrendous. Pay was terrible, and they didn’t care if you quit they will just try and fill your spot. No benefit to accepting double, even triple your work load. Job was a revolving door of people and they didn’t care how many people quit. I feel bad for the lower managers.

      Meaningful work and certain job security A lot of interesting challenges to solve Health benefits are great PTO policy is good

      Cons

      Work life balance could be better, very old school company with limited Holidays. Work from home policy is archaic
