Cons
- The interview process is long. The timeline between initial application to employment offer is almost 2 months. - HR really lied about the ability to grow within the company. You have a better change lateralling with the Universal Umbrella than Cavalry. - Management will hold off as long as possible to create new hires accounts that track their entry so that they have no valuable proof when negotiating pay increases. Why would they do this you ask? BONUSES! - Management will go out of their way to make their teams as lean as possible in order to increase their bonuses. Fewer people, mean larger pieces of the pie. - Many of the CEO's emails come off as threats to management. This then causes management to focus on revenue rather than brokerage.
