Pros
Pay is decent for the area it's located in, but anyone coming from a nicer area isn't going to want to be paid what they're offering. Clean work environment. Most of the employees are solid, salt of the Earth people. They'll continue being successful, their business plan is built on a system nickels and dimes.
Cons
Where to start? Notice something about the good reviews? Most of those positive reviews are people who have worked there for approximately a year. Once the veneer wears off, you see the garbage. First, the annual raises you get are usually less than 40 cents. The workload is tremendous, and the expectations are unrealistic. It's a balancing act in the truest form. You work like crazy to make sure everything is just right, and if one thing goes even somewhat south, the world comes down on you for it. Just like another reviewer noted, once you go, they cut you out of their memories for good. Work ethic, results, knowledge, customer service, doesn't mean anything here. It's all about who you know, and who's feet your willing to kiss. Worse yet, no one takes ownership of anything. Call one department, get transferred a thousand times, each department passing it off on someone else. There's no incentive to do well either, because some people are kept around who are functionally useless. Gossip is rampant as others have noted, and when you find out a manager has been talking about you behind your back, but smiles to your face, it's tough to press on after that.
