Not enough time in the day to get everything done. So many opportunities to work with others so I need help moving various tasks and projects along. Most of the work is remote, requiring individuals to be personally motivated and disciplined to achieve work objectives.

The people are great and there's definitely room for growth.

Currently putting new processes in place so it's a transition period and a bit chaotic.
