Work hours that suit you and your lifestyle - No travel - be in a team with out all the usual office politics - Making calls in a room that is not all the noise of a big call centre -
Cons
No opportunity for growth as far as experience goes. You will get other campaigns but not rewarded in better pay for years of experience or talent. You remain a casual employee nerve becoming full time with the benefits associated no matter how many hours you work.
