I have been working here for more than a year in sales and the industry has become challenging. The leadership is transparent and keeps us informed, which makes a big difference when navigating market shifts. I have learnt more here than in any recruitment space I’ve worked in before. The expectations are high, but so is the exposure. You’re trusted with responsibility early, and there’s no ceiling on what you can learn if you apply yourself. It’s not an easy environment as the market has been tough, but it is one where you grow fast and gain real insight into how the business works.

This is not for everyone and people who prefer a desk job with no learning or anything admin shouldnt apply.
