Pros
Communication with management, commission transparency, flexible hours if you have a well-staffed store and good DM. Biggest pro to working at United Wireless is the opportunity for quick advancement if you can continuously show effort, not just by hitting sales targets but by selling in the way the company wants you to sell.
Cons
The training from T-Mobile corporate and the franchise is wholly insufficient for someone who has no telecom experience. If you're coming from outside the industry and you aren't tech savvy both with your devices and T-Mobile plans, you will have a steep learning curve before you're truly sales-ready. Good luck trying to get a raise with this company as well, the only raises I've seen during my time were ones given upon receiving a promotion. No benefits included at the retail level, any health, dental, life, or vision benefits come at a steep cost to your paycheck.
