      Pros

      You can make a good living if you work very hard. The benefits and management are nice.

      Cons

      You have to work very long hours, and are expected to answer your phone even in off hours. You can work very hard and still not make a lot of money, favorites are played.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
