      Pros

      Good pay, company is always looking forward which is rare in the industry. For sales reps, very little micromanagement.

      Cons

      Long days, rude customers, rotating on-call shifts, lack of transparency from management.

      Pros

      Ok pay, insurance and retirement. PTO is very good.

      Cons

      Yearly raises are the bare minimum. Diesel techs required to take care of parts, scheduling, deliveries, etc with little to no support from management or anyone else. Complete lack of communication from anyone from branch manager up. Not much place for a mechanic to move forward in their career.
