Pros

pretty stable job security, a fairly friendly place, co-workers are pretty cool, company made it trhough the great recession in pretty good shape, free meals and wifi and you really don't take work home with you.

Cons

Below average pay, management will find a way to give you more work, barely any raises and if you do get one, its 20 cents tops.

Pros

Some nice people to work with, benefits, payment on time. Good care for the residents.

Cons

There are some CNAs even nurses who are rude and uncooperative! They lack the team spirit belief, do not care so much about the residents just to get the job done and run the floors. Some of them get paired into cliques and they criticize a lot the newcomers! Benefits ok, but insurance with high deductible. Hard job not well paid! If you can stand criticism, stressful job requirements becoming more challenging by residents attitudes and supervisor and colleagues comments then it s ok for a while just to have the bills paid!
