Pros
Everyone in the company is approachable. From the lowest level employee all the way up to company owners, anyone can strike up a conversation with anyone else without bias.
Cons
The claims department is under staffed and mismanaged. The senior managers do not respect their employees time and as a result, adjusters are ALWAYS overwhelmed with work and cannot give customers the time or attention they deserve.
The work/life balance is very poor, as adjusters consistently have to work overtime but still cannot keep caught up.
