-Healthcare packages once you’re officially signed on to the company. -The illusion starts out really nice. A lot of support at first.
Cons
-Constant restructuring and turn over of management. -Promises of advancement and raises that are not followed through despite increased expectation and responsibilities. -Management passing off their workload while they are paid to travel out of the country for the company. -Watch your back around HR. They present a nice mask but it slips often and they’re incredibly petty.
